As we approach the end of 2025, Healing Narratives Counselling is evolving. Here’s what’s been happening behind the scenes, from new online programs launching soon and podcast projects to research initiatives and expanded blog content.

October is already upon us, which means we’re only a few months away from closing out 2025 and stepping into a brand new year. While things have been quieter on social media lately, there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes at Healing Narratives Counselling.
Over the past few months, I’ve been hard at work developing new resources and programs designed to support your healing journey in even more meaningful ways. One of the projects I’m most excited about is the upcoming “Safety and Stability: A Pre-Trauma Therapy Program.” This self-paced online program will help clients build the foundational tools of grounding and emotion regulation before diving into trauma work, creating a sense of safety and confidence in their healing process.
In addition to this program, the Authentic Living Blog will be expanding soon. Expect deeper insights into attachment theory, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed healing, along with new series that break down complex concepts into accessible, evidence-informed reflections.
Another exciting project in the works is the Authentic Attachments Podcast, where I’ll be exploring attachment, relationships, and healing in a conversational and down-to-earth way.
On the academic front, I’ve also been investing time into research and preparing a manuscript for submission to a research journal in 2026, part of my ongoing commitment to bridging practice with research and advancing understanding in the field of attachment and trauma.
And, honestly, there’s much more to come, and I can’t wait to share it with you soon.
If you’d like to be the first to know when new programs, blog posts, and podcast episodes launch, sign up for the Healing Narratives Counselling newsletter, I’d love to keep you in the loop!
