As a Trauma-Informed Social Worker, you will provide empathetic, attachment-based, Telehealth support to clients experiencing trauma. You’ll work within a safe, compassionate framework to empower clients in their healing journey.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a registered social worker:
✔ Registered Social Worker (MSW preferred, BSW considered based on experience)
✔ Registered and in good standing with a regulatory body in at least one Canadian province
✔ Strong knowledge and experience in trauma-informed counseling, attachment theory, and relational healing
✔ Committed to anti-oppressive, systemic, and trauma-responsive approaches to therapy
✔ Embodies the core values of social work, including self-determination, empowerment, and cultural humility
✔ Skilled in working with diverse populations and understanding the intersections of identity, power, and privilege
✔ Comfortable working remotely and managing a virtual caseload.

As a Social Work Coach, you will work alongside clients to help them build essential skills, manage stress, and set achievable goals. This role combines coaching techniques with trauma-informed principles to support clients in a structured, empowering way.
