SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

OVERVIEW

This Shipping & Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains how we handle order processing, shipping, returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE

We currently ship physical products only within North America (Canada and the United States). Digital products are available worldwide, as they are delivered electronically.

FULFILLMENT MODEL

All physical products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners (e.g., through Printify’s provider network). Items do not ship from our business address. Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Processing time (before shipment): typically 2–7 business days.
Transit time: varies by destination and carrier service selected at checkout.
Tracking: a tracking link is provided when your order ships, where available.
Delays: carrier delays, customs inspection, weather events, and peak-season congestion are outside our control and may extend delivery timelines.

SHIPPING COSTS, TAXES & DUTIES

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on destination, product weight/size, and carrier service. Applicable sales taxes are collected where required by law. Orders shipped to the United States or Canada generally do not incur customs duties for domestically produced items; if duties or import fees apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because items are made-to-order, orders begin production shortly after placement. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel, contact us immediately at hello@healingnarrativescounselling.com. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)

Made-to-order items are custom printed for you. Accordingly, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, color preference, or similar selection errors.

Eligibility for replacement or refund: we will replace or refund physical products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.

Reporting window: issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Proof: include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.

Resolution: once approved, we will provide either a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method. You will not be asked to return the defective/damaged item.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

  1. Email hello@healingnarrativescounselling.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Use the subject line: “Order Issue #[Your Order Number].”

  3. Include a description of the problem, your order number, and clear photos of the affected area(s) and the shipping label/packaging.

  4. We will review and respond with next steps. Approved cases receive either a free replacement or a refund.

NON-DELIVERY, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier and us within 7 days. We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages after a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. For packages lost in transit (no delivery scan), contact us and we will coordinate with the fulfiller to investigate and determine eligibility for replacement.

INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship once you confirm a correct address; additional shipping and reprint costs may apply.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (including downloads, guides, workbooks, and courses) are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available for digital products. If you experience an access or file issue, email hello@healingnarrativescounselling.com and we will ensure you receive your purchase.

REFUND METHOD & TIMING

Approved refunds for physical products are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days after we complete the refund.

COLOR, SIZE, AND DISPLAY VARIATIONS

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately; however, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, print runs, or supplier materials. Such minor differences are not considered defects.

HOLIDAY / PEAK-SEASON NOTICE

During peak periods (e.g., November–January, major promotions), both production and transit times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
